The Seminary Sports Complex was opened on the 2nd March 2000 and inaugurated by his Excellency Mgr Nikol J Cauchi  bishop of Gozo . This new complex forms part of the Sacred Heart Seminary school and therefore in the mornings the students make use of it too.

The complex is split in four parts: Multi-purpose Sports Hall, which accommodate about 600 seated and can also accommodate any other indoor games such as 5-a-side football game (footsal), volleyball, handball, basketball, aerobics, gymnastics and martial arts. In the same building level one can also find the table tennis, table soccer and the billiards table.

In the second floor there is the Health and Fitness Centre fully equipped with machines for cardiovascular exercises and also bodybuilding.

The upper level (out door) one can find another football ground equipped with flood lights where in which, local football teams do their sessions of training.

The Gym instructors are OCR/RSA Instructors of First 4 Fitness-England qualified and Bodybuilding and aerobics instructors are well experienced in their sectors.

Saturdays	09:00AM - Noon 03:00PM - 07:00PM
Sundays	09:00AM - Noon
